and check your Membership Details. The ACU have made "Nationality" and "How did you hear of ACU" as compulsory fields........ It would help us if you put something in there.
The video from ACU below gives a good description of how to pay for Club and ACU membership. This is two payments. When filling in the ACU medical question it is better not to download the form but rather press next and asnwer teh same questions.
